Vasse Felix Chardonnay from the Margaret River, Australia. It is lush and incredibly vibrant, with notes of apples, pineapple, and toast. A pure, modern favourite from a vintage where large format oak (foudres) was also incorporated, allowing incredible fruit preservation amidst the subtle funk and crisp natural acidity of Filius. Crafted from lighter-bodied fruit parcels, 100% wild fermented and lees aged in French oak.
