While the region’s best known whites usually come from Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, these bottles are often pricey when compared to equally delicious ones from Cheverny. This blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Chardonnay has a fair share of pear, peach, and/or apple flavor. Refreshing acidity, but not overwhelming. Noticeably finishes dry. Try this with your cheeseboard or a white fish entree.
