Having existed in the Sancerre region since the beginning of the appellation, Fournier wines represent the authentic French art de vivre. Fournier Sauvignon Blanc is aromatically intense with nuanced notes of citrus, blossom, and flint. The nose reveals blackcurrant bud aromas, grapefruit and white peaches. The first sensation is very pleasant, while the palate is intense, ending with exotic fruit flavors. The zippy acidity and light body make this wine enjoyable on its own or paired with fresh, light food.
Try pairing it with smoked salmon crostini with cucumber and crème fraiche.
