This Etna Rosso wine is made of 100% Nerello Mascalese, the most important red grape native to the Sicilian region. The Massimo Lentsch San Teodoro has notes of red currant, wild herbs, and minerality. The Volcanic soil imparts a rustic and heady quality to the wine with notable acidity and gritty tannins.
Try pairing it with a roasted red pepper sandwich with mozzarella and pesto.
