Castellaro Ypsilon grapes are sourced from the Lipari Island off the coast of Sicily. A blend of Alicante, Nero d’Avola and Corinto creates a soft and very drinkable red we are very excited to have in the store. No oak used in the wine making or ageing process, creating a medium-bodied, bright and very food friendly red. Notes of sour cherry, raspberry and a touch of spice.
