Dão is an enchanting region of pine and eucalyptus trees stretching across northern Portugal. The Cabriz Edição Especial is a Touriga Nacional-dominant blend that is powerful yet refined. The tannins have softened with time in the bottle, but the structure is still beautifully intact. It is showing excellent notes of black fruit, spice and licorice.
Try pairing with venison pan-seared with shallots and rosemary.
