Gill Family Estates Laya Garnacha Monastrell is dense and decadent. The layers of fruit leap out of the glass, with notes of blackberry, cherry, plum, and vanilla. The tannins are well-integrated but noticeable, making this a very food-friendly red. The possibilities are endless, but we think this makes a great match for grilled steak or smoked pork ribs.
