Chateau Bel Orme Tronquoy De Lalande Haut Medoc (15% ABV) 750ML

Keen to contribute to this rich ecosystem, Château Bel Orme Tronquoy-de-Lalande has selected and planted species to maintain the habitat of local flora and fauna. Areas of wetlands and woodlands with endemic species have been preserved, and hedgerows are maintained and replanted. Building on this commitment, the château also manages meadows entrusted to Blonde d’Aquitaine cattle breeders. In return, the vineyard benefits from the livestock manure, which is then used as a natural soil amendment. Its 30-hectare vineyard stretches across the finest slopes of the village of Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne. Today, the grape varieties are 65% Merlot and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon. Cultivated using sustainable farming practices, each plot within the vineyard receives precise care tailored to its specific characteristics.

Thanks to the cool clay soils, the Merlots of Château Bel Orme are round, with luscious, fresh, and tangy fruit. The drier, better-drained soils, on the other hand, allow the Cabernet Sauvignon to reach optimal ripeness; its ripe, velvety, and silky tannins are the hallmark of the Haut-Médoc’s age-worthy wines.
