Chateau Tour De Marbuzet from Saint-Esteph is powerful but also very drinkable. The lush aromas of blackberry, cherry, and cassis are rounded out by notes of subtle oak. The tannins are firm and present, but do not overwhelm the balance and finesse of this gorgeous vintage. A great match for classic beef wellington.
