Bardos Verdejo is a great mix of tree fruit and tropical fruit. With layers of stone fruits, nectarine, peach, and apricot balanced by ripe pears and a touch of pineapple. The wine remains fresh with amazing acidity coming from the elevation where the grapes are picked. The wine is tasty- and a great match for all sorts of food, including fish tacos, ceviche, or roasted lemon chicken.
