Ridolfi Donna Rebecca Brunello Di Montalcino is 100% Sangiovese that is aged for 29 months in Tonnelerie Baron barrique and 18 months in bottle. On the nose, intense aromas of dark cherry, plum, and boisè, dry roses, and a hint of black pepper, vanilla, and cloves. On the palate, a powerful elegance and a velvety tannin guide us to an harmonius sip. Long, fresh, and enveloping finish. This Brunello is a great match for slow-cooked stews, game meat, and hard cheeses.
