Poplar Grove the Legacy is their signature blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot that is aged for months in French oak barrels and then aged in the cellar for a minimum of 24 months prior to release. Deep purple greets your eyes with the first glance. Bright scents of fig, black currant, and caramel emanate from the glass. Gentle decanting encourages opulent tannins to develop. Medium acidity frames flavours of crème brûlèe, sour cherry, raspberry, and plum.
