This wine is made using the “governo” method which is a 700-year-old process that began with winemakers in Tuscany. It’s similar to the Amarone and Ripasso method where the grapes are dried for two weeks and then pressed. It results in a rustic and delicious flavour. This dry, great value red will be fabulous with your roast beef or stew dinners.
