Cellier Des Demoiselles Vieux Carignan is not your typical Carignan. The story of a committed winery, a commitment we’ve upheld since 1914. Our name, Le Cellier des Demoiselles (The Young Ladies’ Cellar), is a tribute to the young women of the village who, during the First World War, not only replaced their men who had gone to the front, but also profoundly marked our history. Founded by a coopertive in 1914 this lighter red is best served slightly chilled. Soft, elegant, and slightly spicy this red is a great match for roasted turkey dinner, lamb dishes, or semi firm cheeses.
