Adega De Borba is a blend from Alentejo, Portugal. It is ruby red in colour with purple gleams. The aromatic intensity is good, with notes of red plums. Balanced flavour, very nice freshness, and a persistent finish with notes of bittersweet fruit. Aragonez, Syrah, and Alicante Bouschet grapes are combined and aged for 6-12 months in stainless steel vats before bottling, making this red wine juicy, fresh, and very easy to drink.
