Dos Angeles Caidos Reposado is 100% additive-free made using a natural fermentation process. The result is a high-quality agave is carefully selected and processed through cooking, spontaneous fermentation, and double distillation. It presents a well-defined straw color with golden reflections and has a complex aromatic intensity with notes of cinnamon, wood, pepper, clove, olive leaves, and a pleasant hint of vanilla, complemented by toasted chestnuts and a slight dark chocolate scent. On the palate, it showcases its texture and complexity with a prolonged finish dominated by toasted notes, inviting repeated tasting.
