Sinteis’ (pronounced sin-teesh) meaning ‘synthesis’ in Scottish Gaelic, embodies our cask creativity as we merge two bold yet complementary wood types
to concoct unparalleled expressions. Uniting rich single malt matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry puncheons and Chinquapin, a native American oak from the Ozarks in Missouri, has created a medley of dark fruit, baking spices and chocolate tones.
