It is made in British Columbia and captures the essence of the Cascadia region. It is dry and refreshing that is 100% fermented in stainless steel for a crisp and clean finish. The nose expresses aromas of pear and juicy peach. The palate displays a bright acidity with flavours of ripe nectarine, apricot, and citrus.
