Carricante is an important grape to the Etna region of Sicily, but not a grape you see often in Canadian wine stores. This rare find is a delicious white grape with naturally high acidity that makes for amazing, young-drinking wines. The Massimo Lentsch Carricante has delicate notes of citrus peel, blossom, and biscuit.
Try pairing it with Mediterranean grilled fish and veggie skewers.
