A project by the famous winemaker Isaac Fernández Montaño, this gorgeous red offers layers of dark black fruits: blackberries, plums, and toast. The 18-month barrel aging keeps the wine smooth, layered, and complex. A great match for stew, manchego cheese, and lamb shanks.
