The grapes for this stunning red come from Castel Del Monte delivering a complex, yet elegant red made with an indigenous grape from the area called Nero Di Troia. It is blended with other local varieties and aged for 14 months in French oak. Wild red fruits, leather, and spice leap out of the glass, with a lengthy finish and incredible balance. Pairs nicely with mature cheese or tomato-based dishes.
