This Priorat is delicious! Made from Garnacha, Cariñena, Cabernet and Syrah this harmonious red packs notes of red fruits; crushed raspberry, cherry, and amazing minerality. It is drinking very well right now and will cellar well for the next 5 years. It is fresh, not too heavy and perfecly round from oak treatment. A great match for mediterranean dishes such as cured hams, paella, and grilled chicken.
