This blend of Garnacha Fina and Garnatxa Peluda are fermented seperately to create layers within the final blend before bottling. Ripe raspberry, and smooth, soft tannins makes this easy-drinking red ideal for a relaxing night. It can be paired with a variety of foods due to it’s easy-drinking nature, but we like pairing it with a roasted chicken dinner.
