Named in honor of a rose garden planted by owner Fabio Sircei’s father for his wife, Adele, Rosé di Adele is more than just a wine; it is a tribute to the family’s history and passion. This wine stands out not only for its delicate and fresh style but also for its connection to the estate’s legacy. The vineyard is situated in the natural isolation created by surrounding durum wheat fields, which have protected the ancient grape varieties for generations. The cryomaceration process, used to make Rosé di Adele, ensures that the wine retains purity and freshness. The color is light pink “onion skin,” with bronze reflections. Notes of pink rose petal and violets combine with aromas of straw, brine, fennel seeds, blackberries, pomegranate, and strawberries. On the palate, it has a pleasant astringency, a good structure, is fresh, persistent, and sapid.
