Old Grand-Dad is one of our go to bourbons for making a classic old fashioned. We like the fact that it is bottled at 100 Proof (50% abv), it really holds its’ own in the glass when mixed with your favourite bitters and infused simple syrups. With a higher content of rye in the mash bill, reportedly 63% corn, 27% rye and 10% malted Barley, it brings about a unique flavour profile we have truly fallen for.
