Non-chill filtered and bottled onsite at cask strength of 60.2%. Offering a sweet, inviting nose with treacle, red apples, honey, and dried fruits, the palate then reveals a rich mix of dark syrup, raisins, warm spices and dark chocolate. All of this is carried by a velvety texture with a lingering finish of chocolate fudge and sweet cinnamon.
