La Venenosa Sierra Occidental

La Venenosa Raicilla Sierra Occidental de Jalisco is a unique spirit that showcases the traditional Mexican craft of raicilla production. It is made from the agave Maximiliana plant, which grows in the Sierra Occidental mountains of Jalisco. The spirit is distilled twice in copper pot stills and then bottled at 46% ABV without any filtration or aging. The resulting spirit has a complex and earthy flavor profile with notes of roasted agave, citrus, and herbal undertones. It is an excellent sipping spirit that is best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water to bring out its full range of flavors
