The Nose – Smoked blackberries, dates, fresh waffles, vanilla bean, amaro, bundle of twine-tied twigs.
The Taste – Blood orange reduction, cherry compote, caramel shortbread drizzled with dark chocolate, flakey puff pastry, tobacco lounge, cinnamon bark.
