This is Left Field’s driest cider in their portfolio. Brewed in the traditional English-style, you could say that it is not like many ciders brewed here in North America. They have used unique blend of bittersweet cider apples with rich tannins that are balanced out by the fruity aromatics of dessert apples grown in the Okanagan. You will note aromas of tart apple, stone fruit and some wood. As for the flavour, tart, cooked apples dominate while hints of pear and apricot peak through.
