The Laughing Stock winery crew says they wake up each day on the Naramata Bench and try to make wines that don’t live up to their name. We’d say they’ve succeeded thus far! With notes of ripe honeydew melon, crisp ambrosia apple and ripe peach, there is also a distinct floral note like blossoming apricot. The acid balances the generous texture of the wine creating a finish with precision. A crisp Pinot Gris that’s very drinkable and food friendly. Laughing Stock ferments their Pinot Gris in French oak as well as concrete eggs which gives it an amazing mouthfeel and texture.
