Paltrinieri Piria Lambrusco Di Sorbara comes from Emilia Romagna, Italy. It is pale red in colour with a light freshness. Notes of red apples, raspberry, and strawberry round out the palate of this wine. A great sipper, and match for cured meats, and slightly spicy dishes. We love Lambrusco for it’s drinablity and versatility with food pairings.
