From the Carneros region of Napa, California, Domaine Carneros is owned by the great Chamapagne house of Taittinger. When it comes to sparkling wines, that is as good a mark of quality as you can get.
A pale salmon-pink color, with notes of strawberries and roses, followed closely by pears. Peach and strawberry with strong mineral tones on the palate.
