This Pouilly-Fuissé is made from one of the best plots of Vergisson: “Ronchevat”. The predominance of clay provides richness, opulence, and structure to the wine. Rich and complex, it has hints of minerality which allows it to partner with crustaceans as well as foie gras. Beautifully balanced acidity and smoothness, it also goes well with fish or white meats served with cream sauce.
