A delightful blend of Sangiovese and Merlot fermented in stainless steel vats, giving this soft pink wine notes of strawberry and raspberry. The wine is made somewhat untraditionally: The Merlot is vinified classically and then blended with the Sangiovese, which is made like white wine, with no skin contact. This method creates a delicately hued rosé, but don’t let its light colour fool you, it packs a punch of flavour making a great match roasted beet salad with goat’s cheese.
