This wine is named for the Amaranth, a small and beautiful African bird that can be seen in the Rhône during its migration. L’Amarante Cotes Du Rhone Rosé has a light body and bright acidity making for a refreshing glass of rosé. Notes of blood orange, red currant and grapefruit come alive on the palate and carry into the satisfying finish.
Try pairing it with a Moroccan tagine.
