The region of Gattinara in Piedmont is a Nebbiolo-growing region older than Barolo, but it was almost lost in the onset of phylloxera. Luckily families like the Travaglinis stepped in to save the region and we can still taste their delicious wines today! The Travaglini Gattinara Reserva has a defined structure and medium body with notes of black cherry, violets, and subtle anise.
