Al Paso is the small, circular forest at the very top of the Tolaini property where an ancient Etruscan tomb was discovered a few years ago. The Tolaini Al Passo Toscana is a berry-forward Sangiovese-Merlot-Cabernet blend with notes of blackberry, cherry, and subtle smoke.
Try pairing it with chicken and white beans in a garlic and rosemary sauce.
