Terralsole in Italian means ”Land Toward the Sun.” It was established in 1996 and is owned and operated by Mario Bollag and Athena Tergis. In 2018 they received organic certification for their entire estate. The Terralsole Riserva Brunello di Montalcino has notes of cherry, blackberry, tobacco, and cloves.
Try pairing it with wild boar pappardelle.
