Odfjell vineyard began in the 1980s when Dan Odfjell, a Norwegian sailor, landed in Chile. Inspired by the Viking spirit of adventure and local Chilean legends, Capitulo was born. Odfjell Capitulo Organic Red Blend is a vibrant blend of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah with balanced acidity and a full body. Notes of bramble, capsicum, and spice carry out a lengthy finish.
Try it with steak in a mushroom gravy.
