Nashwauck Cabernet Sauvignon is from McClaren Vale, made by two winemakers originally from Barossa who added their unique style. A classic example of Australian cabernet, there are notes for black currant, cracked pepper, and tobacco leaves. Being an older vintage, expect earthier notes and bold tannins that have softened in texture.
Try with barbequed steaks and veggie skewers.
