Manos Negras is Spanish for black hands, named for the state of the winemaker’s hands after their involved winemaking process. Manos Negras Stone Soil Malbec is grown in the chalky soils of the Uco Valley and fermented using local, wild yeast strains. Notes of elderberry, black plum, and subtle spice with balanced tannins and acidity. 

Try it with sage butter mushroom pasta.
