A delightful blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault from the Rhone Valley in southern France. Medium bodied red, with firm tannins and spice. Cherry, cassis and white pepper round out this beautiful red. Great match for ribeye seared on a cast iron pan and cooked to medium rare.
