Fowles Winery is located 100 km north of Melbourne in a rugged, high altitude area that is perfect for growing grapes that favour a cool climate. Matt Fowles stepped away from his legal career to develop Farm to Table wines, meant to honour both wine growing along with hunting and ranching. This Pinot is vibrant cherry red in colour with aromas of strawberries, cherry, and spicy oak. The palate is young and bright with rich red fruits and silky tannins.
