The Black Pig Shiraz is named for the herd of black pigs that live on the estate in McClaren Vale. This Shiraz has a prominent bouquet of dark fruit, black pepper, and spice. On the palate, there are notes of cedar, chocolate, and ripe berries. Structured, but smooth, with round tannins and balanced acidity.
Try with brisket and barbeque veggies.
