Beringer has been farming the Knight’s Valley for grapes since the 1960s, they were so successful that it was awarded its own AVA designation in the 1970s. Beringer Knight’s Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with small amounts of other Bordeaux varieties to offer more roundness to its character. Discover notes of dark forest fruit, tobacco, cocoa, and hints of capsicum on the palate. Well-structured and intense with a lengthy finish.
