Kveik refers to a unique form of yeast that has been used for centuries in Norwegian farmhouse ales, but is not restricted to a specific beer style. Kveik yeast can be used in many beer styles, and the mad geniuses at Township 24 brewed up a Pale Ale using this yeast for a fantastic shakeup to the style.
