Vidiano wines always have engaging apricot, peach and pineapple flavours and sometimes some herbal notes that are typical of many Greek varieties. Here, the wine ticks a lot of the boxes, it’s dry with some salinity, low alcohol, it has lovely tension and freshness all amongst an attractive apricot, citrus flavour profile. Expect a little more richness and palate weight, that’s all typical of this grape and why we love it.
