Made from a mixture of both malted and un-malted barley, this triple distilled Irish Whiskey is matured in a combination of Bourbon seasoned American Oak barrels and Oloroso Sherry seasoned Spanish Oak, creating a spicy, yet sweet sherry taste. The nose detects aromas of spice, fruit, and toasted wood, while on the palate this sip offers a full flavoured and complex taste with a wonderful balance of spicy, fruity, sherry, and toasted notes.
