Wild Life Rundle Bar Gin

The Fairmont Banff Springs has partnered with the local producer, Wild Life Distillers to create the Rundle Gin. The gin features butterfly pea flower to create a vibrant purple hue when citrus and tonic is added, and is paired with flavorful botanical ingredients including juniper, coriander, lemon and grapefruit peel as well as angelica, orris and licorice root, to create a perfectly balanced floral gin. The locally-distilled gin was recognized in the 2020 Alberta Beverage Awards and won Judges’ Selection in its category.
