This limited edition whiskey is a ‘grain to glass’ initiative, with local farm Glencraigs growing all the grain for this release. Notes of grapefruit, vanilla custard, and wet pebbles await the nose. The palate is encompassed by an oily mouthfeel, with notes of sponge cake, charred lemon, honey, and subtle spice.

Lowlands, Scotland 

Focused on small quality batches, all the components for this whiskey can be found onsite, from the farm that grows the grains to the local water source. Aged in a mix of port, sherry and bourbon barrels, this whiskey is balanced and full of character. Notes of stewed pear, toasted marshmallow and violet are exhibited on the palate. 

1. AD Rattray Tormore 13 Year 

Speyside, Scotland 

Presented by renowned independent bottler AD Rattray, it captures the classic smooth and light essence of Tormore. Aromas of clementine, caramelized sugar and blossom meld beautifully on the nose. The palate is a mosaic of red apple, cinnamon and toasted coconut.
